This is a family that contacted us via word of mouth. Chris works with two of our past brides - Erica and Alison. I knew the second I got her e-mail that we wanted to work with them and that we'd get along just fine. =) We excitedly scheduled a session for this fall and that session was last weekend.

We had so much fun! The session was incredibly laid back and her entire family was just as nice as her. After 5 minutes it felt like we knew them for years. The boys (inlcluding fuzzy little LaMonte there) were as fun and sweet as can be! =)

Here's a quick look at our time at the park!

Well few words are needed to describe this family. They are so sweet and some of the kindest people I know. Since I'm most around the girls - I'll start there. Kelly leads several Bible studies through the year - many of which I've been a part of the past few years. She gives and gives of her time to share with other women and treats the girls like they're her own. Mark is very involved in leading small groups and studies too. They're a busy pair!

Lauren started an amazing homeless outreach ministry in Wichita. It's been awesome to see how God is using her and that ministry to warm the hearts of the cold, tired, and hungry. I was fortunate enough to get to help distribute food a few times... turned my heart inside out.

Ryan has his own DJ and event lighting/production company. He's a real cool guy!

Needless to say the only poor taste these guys have is their taste in college football teams. =) I kid, I kid... no, but seriously... OSU is waaaaaay better! =)

There just aren't words to describe how adorable this little guy is... except... well... adorable! =) Plus, he's super fun and animated too. He even has a bulldog face already!

Six months old already!?!? When did this happen? I don't know, but he sure is cute. He's chewing on Sophie, sitting up real big-like, full of smiles, and real curious.

Like every other little boy we photographed in the past couple weeks, he wasn't feeling so hot, so he wasn't quite his usual smiley self.

Still, look at that sweet face!!
