I wanted to stop in and share a few un-edited point and shoot pictures I took at my office's Holiday Open House. We do this every year. We decorate our conference room up in a different theme (last year was County Christmas and this year was Winter Wonderland) and make lots and lots of goodies to share with the entire school district. We had ham, mini monte cristos, tortilla pinwheels, cheese balls and cheese ball truffles (all kinds of exciting flavors), bacon-wrapped smokies, meatballs, chicken wings, wontons, and all kinds of dips and desserts - just to name a few!!  I made the ginger bread bars you see at the bottom. =) We really go all out and make several new and interesting things as well. After days of cooking, baking, cleaning, dish-washing, standing, visiting, hosting, etc... I was EXHAUSTED. My feet were killing me and I slept real good. =) Everything was delicious though and it was nice to see people I don't get to see on a daily basis. I hope everyone who came enjoyed it.
